    Everything about our breakfast here was first rate! The costs was higher than what most of us prefer to spend for brunch! the service, the atmosphere and the food were all outstanding. Our table started with a fruit bowl, feta, vegetable and fruit platter and a fruit platter. For main dishes, omelletes, Benedicts and my wife got the avocado toast. She said that it was the best that she has had. We also got a bread platter. Our coffee carafe was refilled multiple times as was my wifes tea. Overall, we had an outstanding experience but as I said upfront it was a bit more costly than most brunches that we have gone to when we travel.

    I met up with a couple of friends for a late lunch on Sunday. It was my first time there and my friends recommended the French Toast; which we all ended up ordering. They use brioche bread which was delectable! And it was beautifully presented! Fountain deserves a spot on the rotation.

    Beautiful restaurant after some updating and remodel to ownership by the Hilton instead of the Fairmont. The lovely atmosphere is bright and pleasant for brunch. I do miss the buffet there it was really amazing. Service was good. My French toast was dry for my taste. I prefer a more saturated bread pudding like texture to mine. The berries were not ripe and would have been better served like a compote. Coffee was excellent. Service was good. Price is high but worth it for the ambiance.

    I decided that I wanted steak and some form of breakfast this morning. I went on Yelp and conducted a search, Fountain popped up and their steak and eggs looked so yummy! I walked over and was seated immediately, such great hospitality, which doesn't compare to the food! Let me tell you...that steak was so delicious that I ate it slow to savor the taste. The asparagus, eggs, tomatoes, and potatoes were cooked just right and that sauce (I don't know what it is, enhanced the flavor of the meal). The coffee was fresh and the Mimosa was excellent. I will be visiting again!
